When Brian heard that Grandpa was going to be power washing the pool deck area today, he insisted that we run over to visit him. He wanted to make sure that he would be on hand because you never know - what if Grandpa ran into a problem or had a question? If that happened Brian wanted to be there to help him out! Fortunately, Grandpa had everything under control so Brian used the opportunity to take an afternoon nap.

Brian,
Did grandpa tell you how much pool passes are this year? I'm curious to know if I need to get a second job so I can afford a visitor's pass for when I come to Illinois. Please find out and let me know.
Thanks,
Uncle Corey
PS You're getting big. I hope Grandpa D. doesn't try to foof you into buying a baby pass at big boy prices! Then again, maybe it's only the visitors that get gouged at the pool.
Dear Uncle Corey-
As you are clearly not aware, grandchildren are NOT required to purchase pool pass's for Grandma and Grandpa's house! We hold a special place in their heart. Basically this means we can get away with anything we want. You on the other hand, are just a SON and therefore, subjected to purchasing an OUT OF STATE 2007 pool pass. If you would like, I could use my influence to get you in for free though. As stated earlier, "I can get away with anything"......so it will cost you: a toy!
Sincerely,
your only nephew,
Brian Thomas
