Brian got to visit with Great Grandma Irene twice on this visit which was an unexpected treat! Unfortunately, the reason for the second visit was to attend a funeral. At the lunch afterwords, he enjoyed hearing stories from Grandma, Grandpa and Great Grandma Irene!
Brian got an extra special treat in that he was able to see his Great Aunt Maxine and Great Uncle Jim too who had come to town for the funeral as well. Again, not the way we wanted to be able to visit with them, but we were happy to see them all the same!
Before hitting the road for home, we stopped by Great Grandma Irene's house again so that she and Brian could have another visit. As you can see, Brian hung on her every word!
